Peter Rodgers

After accumulating more than thirty years as a specialist accountant in business recovery, bankruptcy and insolvency at some of Australia’s largest firms (complemented with significant periods in general accountancy practice), Peter co-founded Rodgers Reidy with Geoff Reidy in early 1999.

Although now semi-retired, Peter maintains an advisory role to the firm, providing invaluable insights and directions to achieve equitable mediations, accurate valuations, and successful corporate restructuring and refinancing.

One of the original liquidators who formed the Panel of Court Appointed Liquidators
Provisional Liquidator, and subsequently, Official Liquidator, of the Dainford Group of Companies (which even today still ranks as one of the biggest corporate failures in the Australian building industry)

The Sydney to Hobart on Boxing Day continues to claim Peter’s attention at that time of year, regardless of the fact he subsequently always proclaims, “That was my last Hobart.”
