Statutory Trusteeship & Non Corporate Receivers
A Statutory Trustee is appointed by a Court, usually to deal with real property owned by multiple parties who are in dispute. Not all states in Australia provide for the appointment of a Statutory Trustee.
It is also possible for a Registered Trustee to be appointed as a non-corporate Receiver over assets jointly held, such as in a partnership. Again, such appointments are made by a Court. Our team of Registered Trustees with their experience and expertise are ideally suited to take on such roles.
