From there we look at what structural changes, if any, can be made to the business to improve its position going forwards, hopefully providing changes that have a long-lasting impact.
The challenge is, of course, getting clients to understand when the issues are critical.
Once we’ve done all that and if we have helped you save your client’s business, we hand them back to you so you can care for them in their next phase.
